Très bon emplacement. Spa très chouette ouvert jusque 21h et disponible le jour du check-out jusque 15h. Chambre très confortable. Petites touches attentionnées et personnel très sympathique. Buffet du petit-déjeuner super. Billard disponible.

Personnel toujours aimable et attentionné. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Panorama magique et le train à côté est très pratique pour les balades .

Qualità materia prima del ristorante, trasparenza della prenotazione, professionalità del personale, cura dell hotel. Se l offerta è per tre adulti e non specifica la tipologia del terzo letto, mi aspetto che tutti e tre gli adulti abbiano la stessa sistemazione, invece il terzo letto era un lettino con le ruote . Hanno impiegato 5 ore per risolvere e la soluzione è stata prendere una camera in più

Hôtel très propre, chambre de taille parfaite, personnel très sympathique. L'espace SPA est beau, nous y étions hors saison et nous l'avons trouvé très calme.

La literie avec deux matelas une personne sans surmatelas Je n'ai pas trouvé comment régler la température dans la chambre et il faisait un peu trop chaud pour nous L'eau de la piscine un peu froide

Delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere, and friendly waiters and reception staff. This is the first time in my life I’ve seen that a bottle of water is not included in the room and costs 7 CHF. There was one bottle of water in the room when we arrived (was it welcome drink?!) but when we asked for it to be refilled, we were told that water is not included and that we would have to pay for it. And only thanks to the front office staff member who brought two bottles of water for free was the overall impression softened.

1. Poor housekeeping service Dear Management, during the high season you should consider hiring more housekeeping staff to address this issue. During our stay, we did not see housekeepers for two consecutive days. Please do not respond by saying there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign—we were not in the room for more than 5–6 hours during the day, which is more than enough time to clean a 55 m² room. 2. Wooden sticks instead of spoons Wooden sticks instead of proper spoons in a five-star hotel? Seriously? 3. Breakfast service issue At breakfast, there is an à la carte menu offering omelets and Eggs Benedict, but the waiters did not inform us about it or offer these options.
