Good facilities and location, some great staff like Nora. Great for families.

Very poor service in the restaurants and bar. Whilst some of the staff were great, lots were new and inexperienced, and we had to keep apologises to us for mistakes. We booked a restaurant for one night, then on the day got told they had to cancel as they over booked. Twice it took over 30mins to get a drink and food after ordering.

Nos gustó mucho, de hecho las imágenes que hay de las zonas comunes y habitaciones no hacen justicia. Son mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Y el servicio de 10… excelente! Especial mención a Andreu, Joan y Loic… trato muy cercano lo cual nos hizo sentir como en casa. Fuimos con nuestra hija de 5 meses y sin duda volveremos cuando ella haya crecido unos años y pueda esquiar. Hasta pronto equipo CHALET ROYALP ha sido un verdadero placer la estancia
