Clean,tidy,affordable & close to town centre.

I’ve got bad knees & I found 2nd floor stairs too steep.That’s my problem,not the hotel’s fault.

Bath & sink had no plugs. Shower was very poor Bedside cabinets, poor condition & dirty Carpet seen better days

The location is spot on being within a mile of everywhere you’d need to go in Ipswich. The room was clean and the staff member on check in was polite, helpful and informative. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area that weekend.

Only really a few minor things. I haven’t stayed in a hotel with no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom for a long time, but there’s a shop just across the road so no massive issues really but be aware to take some. The plug socket and light switches in between the beds didn’t work which I would have reported on leaving but it was a key drop and I didn’t see anyone (room 7). The shower head was on its way out and could do with replacing. The bedroom door was on a Yale type lock and didn’t lock behind you unless you gave it a pull. As I say minor things and ultimately I’d happily stay again, it’s a budget hotel which was warm, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The property was situated easy walking distance to stadium and town centre town centre. Got parked outside. The guy was very friendly . Got a en-suite room
