- comfortable - good breakfast - helpful welcoming staff - very good value for money

Minor annoyances - shower needed careful handling, was prone to vary between too hot and too cold - power sockets were in inconvenient places around the room.

Very basic for the price but cannot fault the breakfast at all and in a great place for visiting Lyndhurst

I would say the place is ok for 1 nite but wud not stay longer , bed really uncomfortable, tv remote did not work had to physically switch on from side of the tv , taps in bathroom really hard to turn right off so all we heard was drip drip drip most of nite , walls very thin too and right on the main rd into Lyndhurst so very noisy even with windows shut

We have stayed a few times, absolutely love it friendly staff and always helpful. Great location

The mattress wasn’t great this time but you can’t have everything.
