Nice location to walk around Lyndhurst. Cooked breakfast plus good choice of cereals, grapefruit etc. Parking space in their own car park. Happy to recommend.

We booked the small double room in the roof, so steep stairs but was ok for us. Might be a problem for someone else.

The room was a bit hot, even with the window open, plus the doors automatic closers were really 'heavy'.

Location easy walking distance to town. Breakfast was vet good quality and food was hot.

Property is in good proximity to the main town. Good place as you avoid most of the traffic through the main road easy to walk to any of the starts for the new forest park walks.

I was staying in Matata apartment two. Main bedroom window looks onto the main road which can be very loud early morning. Wasn’t too much of a problem for me.
