"Comfortable stay "

Exceptional hotel, Staff could not do enough for you, very clean, room was spacious, I had requested a few things prior to arrival and they had it waiting in room. Food and drink very reasonable priced.

Blankets on bed had dirt and mould and other bed had hairs on it .shower head was broke.vending machine did not give back change

"Terrible Terrible Experience "

This is definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had in an hotel. The lady at the reception had absolutely zero soft skills with a customer, all customers deserves equal treatments & I definitely didn’t feel I was treated with respect. In future, I will definitely NEVER book or recommend the four seasons to anyone going on a business/family trip especially if you’re a non Irish family or individual

"Nice Night Away"

We stayed for one night and it was lovley. Just what we needed after the pandemic. Staff were lovely, hotel nicely decorated and extremely modern. We will be back!

Lovly Hotel staff very friendly. Food lovely They need to take the spa details out of the folder that's left in the room because there is not spa as i found out when i went to book a treatment
