Old and dated. There was a wedding there the night I stayed and there was no consideration as to which room I was placed in. I initially was placed on the ground floor right in front of the lift, until I requested myself to be moved.

The food was tasty but expensive. There was not one vegan option and my friend as a result did not eat the entire weekend as they where unable to cater for a vegan.

The hotel had no record of my booking but thankfully still had a room available when we went there at11pm to check-in. Think you are totally useless and the hotel said it was a regularl occurrence that folk who had booked did not have the booking forwarded to the hotel.
