Hidden gem. Peaceful relaxed in a great setting. Nice to have a non corporate old fashioned hotel. Good food and excellent service. Great nights sleep.

It is a beautiful building set in beautiful countryside. The interior reflects the age of the property and is tastefully decorated.

I would have like some sun loungers in the front garden, for lounging, not sunbathing. But that is just being very picky. I liked everything.

"Very relaxing. Lovely food though choice was limited, it suited us fine."

Fabulous setting. Lovely staff. Nice conservatory and outside space. Rabbits on the garden every morning.

Tired in places but that almost added to the charm. Lift was a bit worrying!
