Room spotless, plenty of hot water. All staff wonderful/friendly/helpful. Free parking on site, large car park. Breakfast suberb!

Very, very minor niggle - Room on the small side for the amount of things being crammed in. Although a fridge and microwave may be useful, the fridge was under the dressing table, leaving us falling over the chair which had nowhere to go...

Lovely hotel close to Chester - 15 minute stroll to the centre. Room was clean and fantastic breakfast - great value hotel. Staff were polite and helpful with local knowledge - especially John big thank you xx

It was a shame the bar wasn't open to relax in (refurbished going on I believe) but drinks were available when requested

Good location, free car park and excellent breakfast served in the dining room. Staff were very courteous and answered all questions.

The room (Room 5) was too small for two. It was incredibly hot with little ventilation and felt stuffy. A fan was provided in the room, which helped a little. The TV only had a handful of channels that actually worked.

Location. Just a short walk into Chester. Pubs and restaurants nearby. Parking. Good value for money. Delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast. Fridge was great to keep water cold in ho weather.

We both booked this hotel as we wanted to visit Chester Cathedral and it was only a 20 minute walk in to town. Free parking which is always good. The lady who welcomed us was so informative about all the places to eat near by and how to get into town. When she showed us the room, we both liked it so much we decided to book another night. Chester city itself was an unexpected jewel and we loved the history and architecture. Great breakfast too!
