Hotel was clean and the parts we saw were well maintained.Staff were very pleasant and accommodatingBreakfast had plenty of choice

There was a small lounge it would have been nice to have had a bar as part of it .

I clearly booked the CHESTER COURT HOTEL, which included breakfast, however on arrival I was informed that our room was in there other property called Chester house and my booking didn't include breakfast. I feel I have been totally ripped off and made to feel a second class. Do not book this hotel....
