Choice at breakfast, parking always available, clean rooms, well equipped

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were not as plump as other hotels. The room was very warm and a fan would have been a great addition to the room.

Ample parking, great location for Chester Bus stop outside that will.take you to Liverpool Walking distance to pubs/restaurants

The only negative was the pressure of the shower

"Friendly and helpful staff "

Staff very friendly and helpful when we arrived early. Let us have the keys early due to us going to the races so that we did not need to rush back to check in. Had to have a different room due to problems with the room booked originally but apart from having no en suite the room was fine. Breakfast nice.
