Never got email or message to say I had to check in at another hotel. Very random. Felt like I was treated like a nuisance because understaffed and he was rude, not helpful, and 0.00 got overlooked compared to the couple who came in after me but got seem to before me.....

Toilet was dirty. In the bedding there was hair, shower the halls where dirty with marks.

"Not terrible, but nothing to write home about"

Tidy room, good location. Not the nicest area but quiet, close to food options etc.

Shower dripping nonstop all night. Mattress very lopsided in comfort, very awkward to sleep on.

The place was a disgusting there was mould in the shower broken door handles floorboards lifting up when you stood on them freeholds lifting up defently not worth £100 pound night would like a refund of least half the price even had to pay £100 pounds deposit for damages would not want to stop there again

It was under renovated, and my rooms were upgraded to other beech mount groups. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and polite. The hotel has private parking. I will come back again ... thank you

"This was a delightful surprise."

All hotel rooms in central Liverpool were booked as Real Madrid were playing Liverpool. We found this on Booking.Com. It is 10 mins walk to Sefton Park with its glorious Palm House and just 15 mins to Lark Lane which is a Victorian area, now full of restaurants and bars. Our accommodation was a massive attic bedroom in an annexe in the next street from the hotel. There was free on street parking. we could have used the bar in the hotel but we didn't have time. Our room had a fridge and kettle and there was a kitchen on the floor below. the price was exceptionally good value and we will probably go there again.

Entrance hall of the annexe has a musty smell but our room was fine
