It was the cheapest we could find. Reception staff friendly, helpful. Mattress was ok for comfort

Dirty, pokey, in poor repair. Breakfast was bad. With a little effort it could be healthier and tastier. Matttress was questionable for hygiene - I didn’t trust it coz of the state of the year.

Location was very quiet and easy to get into the city centre.

On checking in I was told there was a £50 pre authorisation charge for damaged property. I was therefore shocked to find the shower rail damaged, a towel rail that was loose, faulty shower head, chipped doors, and peeling wall paper. I took photos and raised this with John, when checking out. The walls are not sound proofed.

shower a bit slow and small with nothing to hold shower gel and soap. Not being aware of shared kitchen on each floor until last day. Wifi pretty poor.

Dated interior. Sink and toilet very close together so not much room to move. Squeaky bed.

Location was good and staff were very helpful over the telephone.

The buildings we went to to check in was nice but the building we stayed in at Beech Mount Grove Suites - the room had strong damp smell, it was difficult to take a breath initially; the decor was outdated, the bathroom floor had a serious leak, the floor of the bathroom was very soggy and uneven and water kept collecting in the middle of the floor due to the leak, lucky the room on the was ground floor otherwise the floor would’ve given away; the light was very dim; there was very strong damp smell in the room. We checked in very late and were too tired to raise the issue also only staying the night.

Location

No hot water available, unclean there was loads of dust and mess under the beds. There was a smell in the hallway like gone off milk which was most unpleasant and the bathroom handle fell off the door. The double bed was only accessible from one side as the other was pushed into the corner.
