Hilton Pensacola Beach

Decent location!

This was actually our second stay at this property, and I’ll be honest, we came back because our first experience was positive. That made this visit even more disappointing. A lot has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. The bathroom had visible rust and felt poorly maintained. At $600 a night, that is simply not acceptable. The pool was in rough shape too. No towels, barely any umbrellas, and the water clarity was noticeably worse compared to the pools at the neighboring hotels that offered VIP access. You could see the difference just by looking. That kind of comparison is not a good look for a Hilton property. My Hilton Honors membership also was not recognized because I booked through Booking.com. The policy is what it is, but the way it was handled made me feel like a second class guest rather than someone who has chosen this brand before and came back. Now to be fair, the bell service was a genuine bright spot. You can now just send them a message and they come straight to your door at checkout. That was convenient and handled really well. But overall, this did not feel like a $600 a night Hilton stay. The brand has a standard, and this property is not meeting it. We noticed the decline compared to our last visit and hope management takes a serious look at what has changed. The location is still great, but the experience needs a lot of work to match what guests are actually paying for.

If it weren’t for the public areas, we would’ve cut our trip short because of the poor room condition. The bathtub was chipped. The sink faucet was creaky and the stopper fell off. The towels were threadbare. The A/C worked but didn’t keep the room from smelling musty. Front desk manager Javier was inattentive when we wanted to make change from 20 dollar bills. Valet Chan was great. However, the public offerings were good. Functioning gym. Interior bar with smoked old-fashioneds. DJ and kid activities on the pool deck. Warm cookies in the lobby.

Another great stay at Hilton Pensacola beach! Javier at the front desk was great! We were able to get a late check out that really helped. Chris, the bellman, was very helpful at check in and checkout with out bags. We loved Jackson at the outdoor bar. We had the best time! IMO, Hilton is the best hotel on the beach, great room right on the beach in the towers, great beach bar, and great guys at the beach to help with your chairs.

Stayed in the tall tower suite room with 2 queens and bunk bed. Great on the big things: quiet room, cold A/C, comfortable beds, supportive pillows, soft linens, and friendly staff. Truly, a good night of sleep. (Blackout curtains would have been even better) Could improve on others: No streaming option on TV- need chill time after day all at the beach. No items in kitchenette (no cup, spoon, or anything!) - love a cup of coffee in the morning or cut fruit for kids. We only stayed 4 days in Pensacola. This hotel was good for a short stay but for longer I would look for a condo.

No me gustó que pague $448 dólares por una noche, no soy de presumir no así que cuando llegue el personal quizás creyó que yo no tendría reservación en el hotel. Me sentí juzgada. Algo terrible no hay S-MART TV!. El control remoto era como del 2007, solo un tv cable básico así que tuve que ver tv con mi MacBook. He estado en muchos hoteles Hilton pero no me quedaría en este de nuevo.

The headboards in the room was not cleaned before we came in there we have to lysol them , but that was really it.
