Location is great! Pool area and pool bar were wonderful as well as the beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Large wet spot in our carpet when we got there. They quickly came and tried to get it up as much as they could. Rooms needs a little refreshing. Carpet was pealing up in multiple places and paint peeling. Over nothing we couldn’t deal with.

"Disappointing stay!"

We recently returned from a trip to the Hilton in Pensacola Beach. We are diamond members and were excited to stay here. Unfortunately check-in didn’t go great, the person at the desk, while not necessarily rude to us did stop helping us to wait on someone wanting a bottle of water, she was very rude in saying the Hilton no longer gives out bottles of water and started pointing to us saying they will get some because they are diamond but you aren’t so you don’t get any. We were able to check in about an hour early so that was nice. I was still looking forward to the pool and rooms but was quickly disappointed. The rooms are in great need of an update. I understand it is a beach resort, however it is a Hilton and you are paying Hilton prices, your room shouldn’t smell like dirty feet, it was very musty. The shower was terrible, when you finally got hot water it would just go cold and then back to hot. Sitting on the balcony wasn’t pleasant because the air conditioner was loud and blew out hot exhaust. We went to the pool which looks amazing, however it was very dirty, hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The pool was empty, the one bright spot was the pool bar. Brittany was very nice, helpful and her cocktails were great! Overall very disappointed in our stay.
