We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Pensacola Beach! Javier at the front desk was very welcoming and set the scene for a stress free relaxing stay . The location can’t be beat most beautiful beach front location plus a nice selection of entertainment and shopping all within walking distance

"Great Customer Service"

We stay at this Hilton every year. We love the amazingly friendly staff, convenient location to restaurants, shopping and activities and the fact that the hotel is beachfront to beautiful water and soft white sand. This year, I want to give a shout out to Jonathan at the front desk. He is above and beyond in customer service! He honestly made our trip this year and I want to extend a huge “Thank you” to him. Jonathan, you are awesome!! And the whole staff is great!

Staff was beyond expectations!!! Front desk lady was the nicest we've ever met! Rook was very clean. Food was very good. Staff at the restaurant also very very nice!!! Great place!! Taxi lady also the nicest!!! Pensacola what a great place!! Who knew!!
