I can see why they call the room "Petite", a large man would have trouble navigating the bathroom. Breakfast was very average, the food was only just warm, I got the last hash brown and I had to ask if the pastries were being replaced. The gardens are lovely.

The breakfast could better. The rooms are a little dull looking.

The gardens are beautiful, enchanting. The breakfast was ok.

I think more staff is needed to assist guests with baggage, I travelled with an elderly person that is wheelchair bound. Staff at the reception desk were nice but offered no assistance in any way. I stayed in a carpeted room that was not levelled. The bed was positioned on a spot perhaps 1 or 2 centimetres higher than the rest of the room (foot of the bed). I tripped twice. To get to room 103 from the dining room was very hard with a wheelchair, the corridors are very narrow and the wooden ramp doesn't seem very strong. I have stayed in many hotels in Australia and overseas, it is the first time there was no complementary water in the room. During breakfast I sat on a wobbly and dirty chair that I had to change. Once we checked out we wanted to have coffee with a slice of cake (something sweet) nothing was available.

Beautiful location and grounds.

Definitely a little overpriced. The hallways leading to the rooms a quite creepy and confusing, I did get lost a couple of time. We also heard noises, like our toilet was flushing every 30 minutes, and it was quite loud. The breakfast buffet was a let down, options were not great, considering the price. Not much to do here but sleep.

I didn’t enjoy my dinner in the restaurant. The staff however were amazing.
