Great location. Lovely garden. Nice views of the golf course. Building looks charming at a distance.

Rooms are tired. The toilet was constantly filling up due to a poor seal and I had to turn it off at the wall. The room was dusty and my allergies were triggered. The cleaners started cleaning the room opposite while we were still asleep and were noisy and woke us up.

We really liked the location and the olden days rustic kind of feeling to the place. Quite enjoyed the view and area of where it was located and the hospitality stuff were very accommodating.

My partner and I didn't like how tiny & small the bathroom was and on top of that when we first walked in the room we noticed that the bathroom floor was completely wet and the shower just continuously leaked even after closing/tightening it which was very disappointing.

The gardens were beautiful. Communal areas were very pleasant and comfortable

The breakfast was unbelievably terrible. Poached eggs that were like rubber. The entire breakfast was really awful.

Friendly staff and good restaurant. The surroundings are beautiful, great outdoor sports facilities. The restaurant was good value (80AUD pp for a 2 course menu). Breakfast was great.

You can tell the house is a bit older and the rooms might need a bit of a facelift.

Had to manoeuvre ourselves into the room. Bed was uncomfortable, felt cold to lie on. Bathroom was tiny.
