Great staff, great location been staying for 20 years.

Been staying here for 20 years and has the best location in Lamai. Staff are fantastic and breakfast is great.

Convenient location in Lamai. Reasonable cost.

Love this stay! The bungalow style rooms are simple with bed, toilet, shower, desk and armoire for your luggage. Each has a small patio which everyone uses. I would describe it as rustic, a bit camping style but very clean. Pool and breakfast are right on the beach; so it’s super chill while located just off the main drag with bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff are friendly and kind. Bottom line, we lucked out picking this accommodation! I would definitely come back on another vacation.

As there were no rooms available on booking.com we visited the hotel reception directly. As soon as we walked into the reception the service & welcome from Witt & the team was fabulous. Quickly arranged our room booking for our return from Koh Phangan. Witt arranged for our suitcases to be kept in storage whilst we travelled for a couple of days & arranged our taxi pickup from the ferry pickup. Nothing was too much trouble for Witt or his team members. We had a lovely room on the 2nd floor with a balcony (508) quiet & bed/pillows very comfortable. Good sized fridge & TV (although limited choice) Breakfast was a nice selection of fruit, pastries, bacon etc & Thai choices (noodles, rice, curry) with a wonderful view of the beach & pool every morning. Coffee from the machine was great. When we needed to extend our room stay this was also done quickly & efficiently. Witt arranged for us to keep the same room for an additional 5 days. Location is perfect, quiet but literally a few minutes walk from the main strip (restaurants & bars) Alternatively there are restaurants just along the beach front with fire shows on different nights. Would recommend and return if we visit Lamai again. Good value for money.

For 8 months I visit the place at least twice a week until the manager of the place suddenly arrived and announced that I cannot use the beach strip and the pool and this despite the fact that every time I visit the place I leave thousands of baht on food and drinks so if you are thinking about courteous service and customer treatment, think twice if this is a place you would like visit him

great place, very relaxing and an awesome location! from the hive you can easily get to nice restaurants, pubs, shops- and a 7/11 of course, within a 1-7 minute walk. The swimming at the beach is great, very warm and relaxing but there is also a good pool. The wifi is excellent and good aircon etc. We stayed in a villa it was very nice and worth the $$. staff are lovely and welcoming, great place overall! 🌴🇹🇭

An unpretentious hotel, with 5 star service. This was our third family reunion at this delightful resort, we travelled from South Africa, to reunite with family and friends from Perth, Western Australia. The standard never changes, warm welcome, great breakfast, high standard of housekeeping and heavenly views from the pool. Pristine beach.

Well, it was wonderful! Our 10 night-stay in family bungalow with 2 bedrooms was perfect. The bungalow was in the shadow of the trees, it was always very quiet. The furnishing was little older, but i liked it. Big fridge was very nice, aircon worked very well. Staff was so helpful and nice, sure we will come back again. Pool area was nice, mostly free sunbeds. But I really don't like it when people reserve their beds hours before they use them. Better when staff remove towels after 30 minutes when nobody comes. Only negative was breakfast, especially for vegetarians. They can improve it. But this is not a point to avoid the hotel.

Loved this hotel. Staff are excellent, nothing is too much. Great location right next to the beach and about 150 metres from bars and restaurants. The breakfast is varied with western and Thai food. Excellent value for money would definitely return.
