Good location, close to Main Street with bars and restaurants. Beach and pool areas are nice. Room is very basic. Cups are not very clean, we found coffee stains. Little ants on the table too.

Nice access and view of the beach and sea, however the facility was aged, a nightclub opposite goes to past 3am every night, showers were not maintained also the toilet always flooded. Lastly the wifi was non existent

Stunning location directly on beach from, rooms spacious and kept very clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel ideally located for bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Initially there was no transparency, on the Expedia page, about the fact that Lamai Wanta was renovating their pool even though it is the draw card photo on the Expedia page. We would NEVER have booked if this fact hadn't been so ambiguously hidden. Upon our 10pm arrival, not only would they not refund our pre-booked 2nd night on our request but wouldn't budge with any customer-service spirit of compensatory offers, it was a case of passing the buck to the executive decision makers of old-school business principles, at our expense.

Really fantastic service. Staff locked my safe when I forgot and came to open when I returned. Very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were very clean and breakfast options were delicious. Highly recommend. Beach was beautiful and morning walks are awesome!

This property is on the beach and close to the nicest restaurants in Lamai. Very convenient location. The breakfast is sufficient and fresh . one of the few properties to have jellyfish protection on the beach the bedclothes were not the cleanest on some days and the pool is nothing special
