Absolutely enjoyed our stay with Ganga Arati & Ganga Ghat. Atmosphere in the hotel is superb for family stay with nice Ganga Ghat & everyday Ganga Arati in the morning & evening. The staff are very friendly & always taken care of our needs. Specially Mr. Chirayu has gone out of the way to assist us in serving us special dishes which were not in the Buffet menu and taken all care when my wife had stomach upset.

We stayed in Saranya Lotus Suite which was really very spacious with nice Ganges view and big balcony, But we felt the Suite could be renovated ( speciality bathroom) to give a modern interior appearance instead of current Heritage interior design

"good rooms bad service at the restaurant but reception staff is very very helpful and kind"

waiters at buffets were not helpful at all… no one took orders and service was very poor compared to the price i was paying
