Baan Yuree Resort and Spa

very helpful staff, especially my cleaner tan. all round it was good hotel, 2 pool areas were quiet and peaceful.

I am not sure where to start with this hotel to be fair. First it is located on a hill which most if any of the local taxis wont go up as it is like climbing to base camp of Everest. The hotel staff are by far the worst I have ever come across so any issues you have they just tell you to contact your booking agent and that is all they would do. Absolutely no assistance with your luggage even though you need to carry it up around 25 steps. If you need to rent a bike even though it clearly says "daily" you need it for 5 days as they then get more commission from the bike rental store. If you need Wifi when on vacation then go somewhere else as the "Free" Wifi you get you would get better service on the dark side of the moon. Room service showed up when they wanted if at all. I did not get any food here however one lady I spoke to said she had mosquitos' in her omelette? Maybe that is a new Thai delicacy? They also speak rude (in Thai) behind your back which is funny when they think you do not understand however my partner speaks fluent Thai. The pool view room I had was also a view of the pool from the different hotel across the street. The rooms need some serious maintenance and are way past there best. A lick of paint would be a good start.

I was there for 5 night which is one of the best service i ever had with friendly staffs and good conversations and helpful also every morning buffet breakfast gets ready on time. I booked some adventure packages from the travel desk which is more cheaper than others travel office.

The staff was unhelpful, rude and completely inept. The location is dangerous if your are walking to and from the resort in the rain. The condition of the resort is very poor, outdates, rundown, dirty and overpriced for the location and quality of the facilities. I would never stay here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

The staff are amazing the hotel is clean rooms are decent everything worked no smart tv just fyi. The hill to get here is the worst even if you walk all the time it is tiring and very steep and dangerous worst part is the the taxi's don't even want to go there they charge $200 baht to get up the hill it is insane too bad they don't have a constant shuttle to take people up and down the hill

The Resort had a really quiet location an inexpensive part of the Patong Hill, near lots of great restaurants. The room itself was well-equipped and nicely decorated, much nicer than we expected for the price. The bed was large and comfortable and the room had good features (a kettle, nice shower, TV, little balcony).

Lovely view from the pool uphill (there were 2 pools - nice), big rooms and nice wooden decor. Good variety in breakfast buffet. Minimarket and nice cafe, eateries nearby. Big villas near the pool were nice. Wasn't a big problem but there was no hot water :)

Very nice resort, great pool, breakfast and clean room, free shuttle and very nice staff... Love the area on the hill of Patong Beach and they have motorbike rental so I used a day driving around the area where have easy access to main road and many restaurants in the area.

Booked Superior rooms, room was big but not great, Check in was smooth . shower cubicle drains outside the cubicle, similar experience with others in different rooms no exhaust system in all the bathroom. Breakfast spread is limited not much options for vegans. resort uphill from main road, steep climb. Bath linen not up to the mark.

Nice clean resort. a little out of the way but has shuttle service into town. would definitely stay there again. we had booked somewhere else but when arrived the place was a dump so we booked rooms at Baan Yuree
