Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

Nice location, love that there is no gaming on property. Rooms are as to be expected. The service was not good. Couldn’t eat breakfast at Zen…too busy. Gave our name at hostess but didn’t get a text until 3 hours later (obviously we moved on). Our family of 6 people attended the Peacock restaurant NYE event. Huge waste of money….i was embarrassed for them. I wouldn’t stay at this Waldorf in the future.

What a pleasant surprise. Quiet hotel, tucked away near the Aria. Great service. Quiet, spacious, clean rooms. Recommend for business travelers!

We had the most lovely stay at the Waldorf weekend before Christmas. Excellent service by everyone including front door staff Bellman restaurant staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and was very willing to help. Rooms were amazing great amenities, including slippers great bath products love that there was no casino to walk through very peaceful and quiet received credit for Hilton gold member which we used for very nice breakfast. Moved to the Bellagio for last 2 nights of our trip and wish we could go back to the Waldorf!

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, and after my experience, I honestly don’t understand how this hotel maintains such high ratings on TripAdvisor. The public areas look impressive, but the service level is nowhere near what you’d expect from a true luxury property. Several facilities were closed or operating with limited hours, restaurant schedules were inconsistent, and basic services like poolside support or room service felt disorganized or simply unavailable. Trying to reach management was frustrating as well, with slow or nonexistent responses. One thing I’ve never mentioned in any hotel review before: the hotel charges $25 for every incoming package. My Amazon order was split into three boxes, and I ended up paying $75 just to pick them up (all togheter on the same day). This fee isn’t listed anywhere on the hotel’s website, and I’ve never encountered anything like it at any other supposed 5‑star hotel. Another detail that became surprisingly annoying is the hotel’s layout. To reach the guest elevators, you first have to take one elevator from the lobby to the third floor, walk past a restaurant, and then switch to a second set of elevators. It feels awkward and inconvenient, especially when you’re carrying luggage or just trying to get to your room quickly. After reading through more reviews, I noticed a strange pattern: lots of extremely short 5‑star comments with almost no detail, while the longer reviews tend to mention the same issues I experienced. The gap between the ratings and the actual experience is hard to ignore. The hotel seems to rely heavily on its appearance while cutting back on the services that truly define a luxury stay. There’s potential here, but the current reality doesn’t match the reputation.

Each time I stay at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, I walk away even more impressed. The combination of an unbeatable location, delicious food, and genuinely warm, attentive service makes this property stand out above the rest. Even during an incredibly busy event weekends like Formula 1, when the hotel was at full capacity, the team still delivered flawless service. Rocio, the room attendant, greeted me warmly every day and made sure everything in my room was perfect. And Alex (Alejandro) at the Zen Café was an absolute pleasure every morning, setting a positive tone for the day. From check-in to check-out, my entire 3-day stay was seamless. Waldorf Astoria continues to raise the bar, and this is easily one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip is the Waldorf Ahhhhstoria! It is Ahhhhhwesome! This is the place to relax and say, "Ahhhhhhh"! The Customer Service is extraordinary! Renata gets you started with the perfect Room, then Taylor, your Personal Concierge makes sure that you are treated like a "Queen"! With Josh and Adam going above and beyond to attend to all of your transportation needs. Just enjoy the brilliant Customer Service, take a deep breath, and say, "Ahhhhhhhh!" Enjoy!

Great place to experience high tea after the Diana exhibit. Perfect outing with good friends in an elegant space overlooking the strip.
