The property / room was reasonably well maintained. Room service and restaurant services was quick and efficient. Guest services was cordial and nice. However taxi services lacked professionalism and was overpriced for the quality. In summer months , more day time engagements could be organised to give guests a better experience.

Overall a nice property. The restaurants are good, especially Bonita is awesome. HK staff are friendly along with all others around property. Only issue is with the front office staff. Not very efficient and we have to do their work. Checkout experience was like getting some work done in a govt office.

Enjoyed the stay with cool surroundings with greenery and swimming pool, food was good with live music and with the pleasant staff.

Great location about 20 minutes away from the Dabolim airport. No direct beach access (yet), so no beach wedding venue. Very friendly and professional staff and service from check-in on. It's a pet friendly hotel, so there are cats all over the place, but never in your way. The restaurant was surprisingly good, and again very friendly and attentive service. The rooms are older but nice, however the bathrooms could use a little better cleaning of mold, that was the only thing that was less than ok for what's supposed to be a 5-star resort.

Very spacious room, the staff were very humble & helpful. Food was excellent ,good spread of various cuisine. Very close to the beach. Our pet Donut also had a wonderful experience, the quality of the pet food was top notch. Overall a wonderful experience. 🙂

Utterly astonishing. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, every moment was a dream. We stayed in 3 hotels in Goa, and how we ended up at this hotel is an epic story. We simply booked this hotel to get away from another hotel, and we only chose it because it was 25 minutes from the airport. I wish I had spent my entire holiday there. It was everything I could ever hope and wish to experience on a holiday. The spa = OUTSTANDING The food = OUTSTANDING The service and attention to detail = OUTSTANDING The Decor = INCREDIBLE Every tiny piece of this hotel has received the attention to detail that cannot be described in a review. It is entirely safe, with guards placed everywhere but that are never quite in sight. They remember every order, they remember your name, they are so kind, so helpful. Oh, and the CATS! We found that the other hotels we stayed in had rodent issues, but this hotel has cats, and where there are cats... there are no rodents. Everything is spotless. They have people singing and playing gentle music every night. I could go on and on and on. The beach was SPOTLESS. The beds were so comfortable. I recommend booking a clubhouse for maximum luxury and privacy. I would like to invite every hotel brand to go and experience this hotel and learn from them. They achieve the impossible. A perfect luxury experience without the stick up the bottom. If you are looking for a shiny marble posh prison with frightened staff, go to the Grand Hyatt. If you are looking for quiet luxury, a place where you will be looked after, a place where you are happy to spend your money... GO TO THE HERITAGE! We knew the tips were included in our bill, so you do not need to tip anybody, but we were happy to tip everybody on top of the staff charge because they all deserve it. Absolutely OUTSTANDING guys! Congratulations.

Great Beach Resort

Breakfast was OK. Property looks dated. It is close to a wonderful beach and the pool was good. Staff were fantastic. Mama Miso restaurant was really good.

Très proche de la plage vaste et vide. Chambre cosy et confortable. Piscine. Bien équipé pour les enfants. Très bon petit déjeuner européen et indien. Accueil chaleureux, personnel réactif, bonne communication

Plage vide, pas de resto ni café Prix taxi bien élevés sur tout Goa, pas d'Uber WC un peu fatigué
