Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

From our arrival to our departure, the service was excellent. The property is impeccably clean, verdant, and meticulously maintained. The deluxe room comfortably accommodated all four of us. This resort is also pet-friendly. As this resort is 200 m from the beach, the place is very peaceful (zero vehicular noise). In simple words, it is value for money.

Heritage Village Resort & Spa is exactly what it promises — a slice of old-world Goan charm tucked away from the chaos. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The team remembered our names, our room preferences — those small touches make a difference. They made sure our daughter, who was celebrating her second birthday, had a memorable experience. The property itself is gorgeous and absolutely lives up to the “Heritage Village” name. It feels like you’ve stepped into a quiet Goan village from another era, yet with all the modern comforts. The architecture and landscaping really do justice to Goan aesthetics. If you’re looking for a resort that blends Goan heritage with genuine hospitality, Heritage Village delivers. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already planning a return trip.

One of the best resorts in South Goa. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The staff at the welcome desk were incredibly helpful. They thoroughly explained all the amenities and upcoming events, and patiently answered all our questions with great detail and care. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our initial impression of the resort. The food was great and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean and maintained.

Out of season, so pretty much had the resort to ourselves. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Free room upgrade, cake, room decorations and bottle of sherry for birthday celebration. Everywhere extremely clean and well tended. Few minutes walk to a lovely beach. Loved our stay

The property is scenic and very comfortable with very good facilities and nice rooms. It’s situated close to the beach as well. The staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and they really made it special for him, accommodating a number of special and unique requests! They even organised a bike from one of the staff for him to ride!

Everything. We visited out of season, so it was like having our own private resort. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Provided decorations, cake and complimentary bottle of sherry for my husband's birthday, unannounced.

Nothing There were quite a few 'blue button' on the beach which could possibly sting, so just had to be careful swimming in the sea.
