Awesome experience and a great stay. Super courteous staff and quick service. Delicious food served at in house restaurants (only drawback, they all close by 10:30pm). Lovely experience especially with their in house cats (total 15)..!!

Amazing stay, beautiful resort with all the amenities you can think of. Beach is nearby and is very clean! Rooms are huge, and staff is very polite .

The possibility to eat either lunch or dinner in the half board package. Good variety of food at the buffet. Two other restaurants serving Italien and Japanese foods. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Everything. No wonder so many people return year after year! Ganesh runs the accommodation with great skill, generosity and experience, Francisco runs the restaurants and Gala nights and cookery demonstrations with extreme care and professionalism and every single member of staff appears to be hand picked for being superb at their jobs and simply lovely people. A special mention and thanks to Chef Rahul who makes fabulous Masala Dosas and went above and beyond by preparing for me, on my request, extra crispy pork on the gala night outdoors which was magical. I wish I knew all of the staff’s names to thank them individually, especially at the Mama Miso where we had excellent and attentive service and great chats with the waiting staff. The Pizzas at Bonita were unexpectedly excellent. Properly crispy and chewy at the same time and delicious. Love the comfy sunbeds, fun yet relaxed swim up pool bar and the bar staff were also very friendly and very good at their jobs.

We have a trusted, excellent and very good value taxi driver locally who we would prefer to use for our journeys up and down the coast, but outside firms are not allowed to pick up from the hotel car park which means that the hotel approved taxis seem the only option to most and the prices we were quoted were significantly higher, nearly double. For seasoned travellers, a special agreement to allow this would be helpful.

I stayed at this hotel three times in the last six months, and I came here with my two lovely dogs. The hotel is not very big, but it is well planned and comfortable. The territory is very beautiful, with nice landscaping. There is a pool and also a garden. You can choose a room with a pool view or a garden view. If you want a quiet and relaxing stay, I recommend choosing a garden view room. There are many sunbeds, and also many places where you can sit and relax. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, almost like a family place. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind, friendly, and always smiling. The reception team was very helpful and always ready to help us with anything. We felt very welcome during our stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is very important for me. I stayed here with my two dogs, and the price for pets is not too high compared to other hotels. In the evening, there is live music. The singers were very good, and it was really nice to spend time there with a glass of wine and enjoy the music. I also really liked the food. The restaurants Bonita and Mama Miso have very tasty dishes. The beach is very close. It is about 5 minutes walking, or you can take a buggy. The hotel also gives beach towels every time. What can be improved: Room cleaning can be better. I think it is important to use a vacuum cleaner during cleaning. Also, the breakfast - the choice was a bit small, and mostly local food. I would like to see more European options. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful, with great people and a relaxing atmosphere. I would love to come back again.

Our seventh visit with the last in 2019, since when the hotel has seen many improvements. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom and shower excellent.Thanks to Valanko for keeping us clear and tidy for the week.The pool area is spotless and the gardens immaculate.It was terrific to be recognised and welcomed back by many of the staff who continue to do everything to make your holiday special. Food is excellent and our meal at the Bonita restaurant was perfect. Many thanks to Mr Velho and his great team. it was great to return and we have already booked for 2027.
