Great pool and staff very attentive

No where to go in evening

What a lovely place. We saw the reviews before arriving and can only agree with previous guests comments. The rooms were spotless, thank you to Vijay for the cleaning we only met him on our last day which says a lot about how they work, he did a fantastic job. The staff in general were amazing whether in the restaurants, reception, around the pool, in the bar or just around the resort they couldnt do enough for you. If you love your curry but want something different just ask the waitors and the chef will cook you fish or a steak without spice, wasn't expecting that!!!! The resort is relaxing but if you want to get out and about hiring a taxi for 4 - 6 hours is a great way to see the surrounding areas, also no pressure selling which was great to see. Just a brilliant place to holiday and relax, we will go again.

So glad we booked this hotel as it had an amazing vibe and we can see why people return again and again. The staff are incredible and really go all out to make your stay special. We had a room overlooking the pool above the restaurant which although was spotlessly clean wasn’t anything special so we will look to upgrade next time we book. The management team really do listen to feedback from guests and their managers soirée was a great opportunity to meet the team. I mentioned to the restaurant manager I enjoyed chilli paneer and by the time we had sat down in the restaurant later that evening he had arranged for this to be cooked for me. You can’t fault that attention to detail and service. The pool team were also amazing going above and beyond to assist less mobile guests with getting in and out of the pool when required. The hotel guests were all very friendly and we really enjoyed chatting away in the pool bar. There are not many places we would return to but I can definitely see us coming back in the future.

As usual my husband and I had a fantastic 3 weeks here. All the staff were exceptional but I must say there were a few more outstanding than the others who really looked after us. Gilbert, Rahul the chef, Nikil,Cleafan, Rizwon and Rowan. They made our visit very special. We are planning to go back for 4 weeks in November and really look forward to it. Guitry has a wonderful team that we call our family and make us really feel at home. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. X

We visited this hotel for 10 days at the end of February and had a fabulous time. The staff were fantastic and could fault them, going the extra mile at every turn. Food was excellent with plenty of choice and catered for every taste. All the staff at meal times were attentive, and a special shout out to Rowan who after a couple of days knew our drinks order without being asked! Drinks at the pool bar were supplied quickly and always good 👍🏻 Rooms and grounds were spotless and could not be faulted. Outside of the hotel entrance was Sanlin Raj Jewellers where we met Raj the owner, who after an initial consultation made my wife a beautiful bespoke diamond bracelet! We were a little tentative at first, but after speaking with him all apprehension dissipated. He is a lovely guy, very helpful and really knows his stuff. A fantastic holiday in a lovely quiet area and great hotel.

This is not a 5* star hotel imo, rooms were reasonably clean, breakfast was terrible, sunbeds crammed together reminded me of a hotel in Benidorm 30years ago.not a hotel i would return to
