Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa

This is a beautiful maintained 5 star resort with very friendly staff. What I liked most: A the spacious swimming pool B The gardens around the houses which have a variety of beautiful plants and are very well maintained I did also the 7.30 Yoga class with Rashika, which is held on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. First time we had 1 participant (me) and second time 3 participants I was her 4 nights. In the evening there was every evening life music with one evening also a folk dancing show. The housekeeping is high quality and Bimal (head of Housekeeping) and Valanka (my daily housekeeper came by to check on their performance and what could be improved. This was nice. You feel staff has time and interest to interact with guests also during the buffet diners. What I like is that next to bottled water filtered water is provided. I used this a lot to make my own tea with the beautiful and excellent kettle. This avoids wasting too many plastic bottles, whereas the filtered water is provided in reused glass bottles As to environmental behavior, what could be improved is: Ask how frequent guests want towels replaced and how frequent they want a a new bed. This is also the case for pool towels. The place must do a incredible amount of ( sometimes unnecessary) washing. With improved drying options a lot of towels and pool towels can be reused for multiple days. Other then that I can only recommend this place. Despite being 9 km from an airport it is reasonably quiet (certainly at night)

Just spent two weeks here, its such a beautiful hotel, staff are fantastic as are all the facilities. A special thank you to Guitry, Annie , Vikirm,Salome and Roman who looked after us every morning for breakfast, the young man who cleaned our room couldnt do enough for us.The staff are amazing and a credit to the company.It was my birthday whilst i was away, i was treated like a queen, flowers balloons cake wine and towel art on my bed. The food was lovely lots to choose from, if you had any dietry requests, you just had to ask. The pool and gardens are lovely,lots of places to sit or lay to take in the sunshine.We will be back and will be staying for three weeks next time. It was our second visit and looking forward to making it our third.🥰 Thank you ti everyone for a winderfull holiday.

Just spent another 2 weeks at this amazing hotel, just like going home and meeting all the returning guests we have met over the years. We travelled as a party of three couples Again didn't disappoint, great experience had by all. Special mention to all the staff, including the wonderful chefs who work tirelessly to make sure everything is as it should be. The food was amazing, if you wanted something different they will make it for you. We had 2 birthdays and an anniversary while there, staff decorated the rooms, cake and flowers adorned the room, that little detail made all the difference. So happy to be back again seeing everyone. Thank you Annie, vikram, salome, Guitry, Ganesh absolutely love you all, also Rowan who served us every morning and all those I can't recall your names, you made our stay memorable once again. We really appreciate all your hard work and have already booked for next year. This hotel is really worth a visit in the heart of Arossim, small and friendly hotel near a beautiful uncluttered beach. Can't wait to return

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite for a week and it was perfect. The staff are exceptional and the manager was so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rowan, our waiter on the terrace at breakfast. I was particularly impressed with the gentle kindness staff showed to some of the elderly guests, so patient and attentive. Treatments at the spa were very good Small but very well equipped gym Pool was perfect to do lengths in early morning & a fantastic size. Would definitely love to return. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

All the restaurant's where really nice, we where only able to eat at Chutney with in our package, I did feel that as we had the half board it would have maybe been nice to have perhaps more themed night for the food. Pool facilities where great.

I didn't enjoy having dinner on the lawn as much as the lighting was very dim and entertainment could be better varied. As the hotel isn't big and they have many sun loungers but the sun worshipers get up early and save their spots, however, these are then hogged all day so unfotunately i had to join them so that we could enjoy the pool area for a couple of hours in the morning otherwise no chance. we had a room for 3, the sofa bed is a lounge chair which was extremely uncomfortable, of which i had to ask for a roll away bed.

Had an amazing time at this property. All staff were amazing. Service was excellent. Amenities were great along with the ambience. Clean rooms and special shout-out to Clifton. Celebrated a birthday and anniversary with family. Pool and beach were excellent. Drinks were good. Catered to all our needs . Highly recommend

A beautiful small luxury hotel with great facilities and awesome staff. We loved the room, food, pool with swim up bar, Bonita restaurant, Spa, gym, location to the beach, and the family feel. We spoke to so many people who are multiple returners. This demonstrates the value people get from this place. We will be back.
