Grand Hyatt Macau

The hotel’s level of service through every phase of the stay was nothing less than exceptional. Management even permitted me to use the beautiful spa facilities well past checkout time to shower and change clothes after a long afternoon of walking in the heat and humidity - and before my flight. I was beyond appreciative for that gesture of service. I would highly recommend the Hyatt in Macau.

This was not the first time I stayed in Grand Hyatt Macau. Before I always booked through travel agency platform but since I found out their response on my enquiry so fast, I felt they care. And after I met Mr. Kent Peng from Guest Experience team, I have no doubt just booked directly from their official site. They are willing to take you serious from the moment you made the reservation and upon arrival and after check out. Even last time he was exactly day off but he already made sure the booking is well prepared and even handed over to his colleague Ms. Mavis Lyu which is such a sweet lady who has the same patience, warmth and thoughtful attitude. Every little things like room types, special occasion arrangement , introducing all the hotel facilities , attractions around, restaurants special offers and table reservation......all these are very outstanding and well trained! They are great assets to your hotel. And of course housekeeping and staffs at Mezza 9 are also fantastic! Thank you so much for pampering us during our stay. And definitely we will come back again !

Giving full marks for my stay was extremely easy! Kent Peng and Mavis Lyu were just exceptional and went above and beyond what I expected. Noticing that we had 2 rooms in different towers without hesitation they upgraded one room to be closer to the next. This was a very special occasion as it was for my mothers birthday and was the icing on the cake for my stay : )

Booked 3 nights at this hidden gem in The City of Dreams, but stayed 4 as so enjoyed it. Hotel is magnificent in scale & facilities. Or suite was large, with stunning views out over the Wynn fountains. The club is especially impressive & the pool gigantic & warm all year around – kids loved it. Superbly located: a few minutes walk to SW Steak House, same to the spectacular Macau 2049 show at MGM, a 5 minute stroll to Morpheus (where we had access to their facilities) and the zip-line, sky diving and kart track in The Lisboeta are just 3 mins away by cab. Macau is family/Kids heaven and the Grand Hyatt a superb base to enjoy it all. The service is impressive across the property, but there were three people who deserve special mention as we won’t forget them: Reven the concierge, Joseph in the club and sweet Christine in Mezza 9. Great value for such luxury – I highly recommend The Grand Hyatt for families visiting crazy Cotai. We are planning our next trip as still so much kiddie adventure to see & do.

The overall ambience of the hotel was great. Staffs were very friendly. I had requested for a late check-out, and they accommodated my request, informing me of the same during check-in. Additionally, the housekeeping staffs were very prompt and addressed any issues. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and very close to airport as well as Macau University of Science and Technology. Free shuttle service to main island and airport is a great plus.

Grand Hyatt Macau elevates the luxury experience with expansive layouts and added amenities. A marble bathroom with a deep-soaking tub, and floor-to-ceiling windows really makes the experience more relaxing. I should say that whether for business or leisure, Grand Hyatt Macau's accommodations provide a luxurious and comfortable retreat in the heart of Macau.

Macau is overwhelming in both good and challenging ways! The Grand Hyatt provides a calm and serene atmosphere from the moment you enter the lobby, and is a welcome oasis from the glitz and glamour of all the entertainment options. The staff were super attentive and the breakfast buffet is pretty spectacular.

Consistently good, well maintained facility, spacious room, warm and professional service and can't compare location, right next to metro. Especially thanks for Kent who look after us since we made a reservation, he followed through, responsible, nice and friendly at all times. Also thanked Mavis who assist my checking in, efficient and accurate. Outstanding service at club lounge, staff memorized your name, stay period even u are just short stay, always being well recognized. Highlight Joseph at club lounge, very friendly chitchatting with us during cocktail, created a very good atmosphere. Food were delicious as well. Definitely, Grand hyatt macau the only choice of Macau.

Grand Hyatt is the perfect location with its quietness away from the hustle of the crowds yet conveniently located within a short walk to all that you need. The hotel is also well connected by all forms of transport making it a breeze to move between hotels/casinos/tourist attractions: LRT station connected to the hotel, public bus stop in front of the hotel, and a hotel bus terminal in the basement that brings you to different attractions. The hotel rooms are huge and well equipped, and the restaurant food quality and service staff are excellent. Highly recommended.
