Grand Hyatt Macau’s tailored early checkin and the customer service to resolved some programmatic issues on my behalf has made my trip exceptional. We went with friend and as a globalist I was upgraded. But my invited friend’s room was booked using a free room voucher and was not upgraded. The Grand club manager Tina listened to my feedback and contacted World of Hyatt for me and magically made everything better. Suite upgrade for both rooms on the same floor and exceptional service from checking in to booking my taxi to make sure I arrive at the terminal on time.

Stayed one night at a club room during a short break. Convenient location, with lively neighbourhood and diverse restaurants and entertainment venues. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. A special metion to a manager at Grand Club, Ms Peggy Yu. Thanks for her and her team's services that had made ours a fabulous stay.

The service at the Grand Hyatt is always exceptional. The location of the hotel and its facilities are great. Its 3 stops from the Cotai Ferry Pier on the Light Rail, which stops right at the hotel (City of Dreams). The only negative, and this applies to all Macau Hotels, is the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and even in the non smoking rooms.

The Grand Hyatt Macau holds a wonderful position within the City of Dreams complex, making it a convenient and delightful choice for visitors. The rooms and suites are not only spacious but also meticulously clean, offering a comforting retreat. The warmth and friendliness of the staff truly enhance the experience. In addition to the dining options available at the hotel, you'll find a shopping mall within the complex that offers familiar comforts like Starbucks and McDonald's, along with delicious hot pot and dumplings. It's truly convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the Grand Club Lounge, situated on the 37th floor, which provides breathtaking views of Macau. We truly cherished the evening cocktail sessions, which felt like a special treat. I want to especially mention Joseph, whose caring and professional demeanor made a significant difference. He went above and beyond to ensure our well-being, constantly checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Peggy, Tina, Ken, and the rest of the Club staff were equally wonderful. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. We will absolutely return to the Grand Hyatt Macau.

Staff displayed a high level of sincerity, courtesy, hospitality and professionalism. Breakfast buffet had a wide varieties of cuisines. Bedroom was elegant, neat and tidy.

We stayed during weekdays, very good experience, less crowded, almost personal service by the staff. Good value for the price. Breakfast was great.

Amazing hotel. Amazing rooms. Tina Yu gave us amazing advice to explore Macau and guided us towards the best buffet I had in my life. The facilities were up to date and super modern. The shuttles made it so you didn’t need to use taxi cabs. Below there is shopping and links to casinos and other hotel areas. Can’t miss.

The staff are absolutely incredible. If your. If you’re not a member of the world of Hyatt program I would highly recommend signing up right away to start earning points. There are no catches and their properties, staff and service are incredible. Our stay in Macau was absolutely incredible and in a very convenient location with shuttle service to the historic district. I would choose this hotel over the others for Top notch Service and location.

The staff from the hotel and the lounge did a great job to make sure guests are well taken care of. Room assignments, guest requests were all addressed. There is an additional surprise arranged by Peggy very well for this stay. Memorable experience!
