From the well-appointed rooms to the outstanding service, every aspect of my experience was seamless and enjoyable. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall guest experience were top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. It was our pleasure to choose Grand Hyatt Macau to celebrate our wedding ceremony. I would like to recommend Mr Kent Pang from the team for his outstanding personalized service, which was way beyond our expectations. From the moment we met him at the lobby, guided us to the room, helped us celebrate our day, recommended the Chinese restaurant next to the lobby for the Beijing Duck, notified us about the check out time and came to find us the next day while we were at the Chinese restaurant having lunch, to greeting us leave the hotel. He demonstrated excellent attitude to customers in every part of our stay. We were delighted to meet him and will surely come back again in the future. He definitely is one of the important staff for Grand Hyatt.

Excellent over all! The free shuttles to the ferry lines and to the other casinos was a big plus. Will for sure stat here again on next visit.

We are a group of family who visited Macau at least twice a year. This is our second stay at Grand Hyatt Macau and this time we stayed for four nights. We decided to come back here mainly because of the staff. From a minute we walked into the hotel, the staff told us to do the checkin at club lounge which was great because we were exhausted from all the traveling. My sister is a globalist with Hyatt so we got upgraded for both suites. The rooms were very nice as usual. Thank you so much for all your hospitality Tina, Duke, Joseph and Pecky. You guys are amazing and we are looking forward to see you all later this year! We also wanna thanks Jamil and John at the concierge for helping us with all the luggage’s and organizing a big taxi for us.

A really excellent hotel, the staff are extremely hard working and kind to guests. I recommend visiting the Grand Club lounge which is one of the best Hyatt lounges in my opinion. Breakfast has a wide variety of options available which adds to the great experience.

This is a beautiful hotel and location is excellent - Cotai island Macau. Location is walking distant to the main strip. We had a beautiful view of the Wynn Hotel fountain show. Casino was nice, but a bit pricey to "buy in" for my taste. 😆 I am use to the Las Vegas prices. Easy access for taxi to drive you to Macau. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of foods to choose from. A special recognition to Maha was very kind with excellent customer service. Maha spoke very good english. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The Grand Hyatt Macau is a beautiful hotel by the City of Dreams. The staff was friendly and helpful on all occasions. The place was particularly adapted to our business conference. My room had all amenities with a beautiful view on Macau, a comfortable bed, an enormous bathroom and very fast WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers!

There are very few television channels chartered to tourists from America or Canada .
