Clean, newly renovated, bed comfortable, staff nice

We had two rooms. The toilet in my room wouldn't flush, the front desk guy tried to fix it, had to use the bathroom in the other room. Water didn't get hot and no microwave or refrigerator. Breakfast was a joke: no orange juice, eggs without salt or pepper, bagels with no butter or cream cheese, and instead of sausage there was one hot dog. For the price I could of stayed at the Country inn right next door and would of had a good breakfast and a pool. I wanted to give this hotel a try..I won't be back unless these issues are addressed.

We had avoided this hotel under its past ownership, but decided to give it another shot with Garner. They have made great improvements to the facility and the entire staff was amazing to interact with. If we had one suggestion, it would be to review the breakfast offerings and set up (while not lacking, it did seem to be a low point of the recent adjustments). Looking forward to staying here agian!

The renovation is great. The rooms are nice. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was the only downfall.

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing and helpful!

The room temp was good. The A/C responded well. The breakfast was not so good. The coffee machine would only dispense hot water. By 8 a.m. most of the food was gone. The sausage that was left was cold. There was cereal but no milk. In the bathroom the tub stopper did not work so the tub would fill up with water when trying to take a shower. The front desk staff was excellent.

Poor breakfast options

Upon arrival our first room had broken curtains, so we had to be moved to another room. Then the second room had a broken toilet and a dirty shower with an old,dirty, and hard as a rock wash towel hanging on the curtain rod. They were supposed to have someone go and repair the toilet and they DIDN'T. We had to be moved into another room so there we go moving all our stuff all over again after being at the amusement park all day so yes we were exhausted. So we definitely will not be going there again. Oh and the second room even had a broken phone.

Overall very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Supplies for the breakfast service need to be stocked. Coffee cups a must.

Room was musty and damp the second you walk in, definitely needs a dehumidifier. Bathroom fan did not work, couple dead bugs in the window sill, and visible dirt on the floor indicating the room probably was not vacuumed prior

Hot water was out our whole stay. Absolutely unacceptable. Worse part management didn’t notify us. Found out when you got into the shower. AC leaked water everywhere. The floor was soaked!
