"The price is not that they told you"

5.0

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding certain aspects of my recent stay First, my booking included breakfast. However, upon arrival, I was provided with a $50 voucher for the room. Given that the minimum price for breakfast per person is approximately $40, this voucher does not practically cover "included breakfast" for the occupants. This felt misleading as the voucher amount is insufficient for a full meal. Furthermore, I was charged $50 CAD for parking, which I find extremely excessive and unfair compared to standard rates. I believe these charges do not reflect the high standard of service expected from your hotel. I look forward to your response regarding these concerns.

Exceptional service. From front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all were helpful, friendly and respectful. The Lobby restaurant had excellent food and a lot of specials.

"Best View of Vancouver from a Hotel"

10.0

The Shipyards district of North Vancouver is one of the most happening places in the entire metro area with over a dozen great restaurants, several museums and galleries and a good market. Instead of going for a day visit I stayed at the Pinnacle for two nights and really got to enjoy the Shipyards in a way you couldn't in just a few hours. The Pinnacle is a first class hotel with exceptional views of Vancouver from its balconies. That alone makes it great, but the rooms are spacious, very modern with great bathrooms. This place would be great for a splurge weekend in North Vancouver.

"Great place to stay!"

10.0

Great place to stay…close to Londsdale Quay and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous water views. Don’t forget your swim suit…the full size pool is indoors and beautiful). Easy access to Vancouver via the Seabus, which is a very short walk (3-4 blocks) from the hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Manni (?sp) checked us in and instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. We will be back!

"Nice views, old hotel"

7.0

Great views from the room over the Quay area. Hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Lonsdale area and well connected to transit for exploring the whole of Vancouver like the Seaboat, Buses etc.

The rooms are feeling old and in need of some modernisation - paid for a room upgrade and it felt like it hadn’t been refreshed in 20 years. No free waters, or such for checkin, every item in the room is a paid add on. Supplied toiletries were in tiny plastic bottles and a very poor standard. Hotel has bags of potential but needs some modernisation.

"Power problem"

There is an unmarked light switch that cuts the power to the bedside power outlets! Our phone died during the night! So weird!!
