We like the location. The breakfast was good as well.

The weird arrangement where the bathroom has a full-sized window into the living quarters. There is a privacy curtain that is controlled from OUTSIDE of the bathroom. What pervert designed this voyeurist paradise? I have two small, curious kids and this setup makes it impossible to shit in private.

I all way try to avoid any Holiday dine out due too crowded noisy special the Buffet long line up kids running around , but with invitation from my business pater's family can not say no ! surprised it is one of the Easter Buffet I truly enjoyed , the Ballroom well set up very spacious with windows around do not feel claustrophobia at all also not over booked , not a extravaganza seafood buffet but variety good quality food and all the Buffet station well stocked and clean , few breakfast items to choose from the Omelette station chef very professional always have the can do attuite , the Prime Rib roast (MR ) so juicy and tender also the Ham perfectly baked full of sweet flavor the cold Prawns nicely poached good size not like the shrimplets , very enjoyable laid back buffet no long line up and not many kids running around , efficient friendly service no problem take care eight of us , never feel being rushed at all , that's how I like my relaxing leisurely buffet , over all very impressed we are talking coming back for their Mother's Day Buffet in May ! Nicely done Management !

Our group went to Pinnacle Hotel in North Vancouver. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet. Food was absolutely wonderful, a little pricey, but worth it. They have swimming, suanna and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would go back. Very friendly and service spot on

Great location, service, check in, check out. Great amenities with huge pool and gym, sauna, hot tub. With the Quay market, restaurants and coffee shops just steps from the hotel, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. So much going on here! Londsdale Quay is the best kept secret in Vancouver. Free skating even in March (bring your skates!), water park for the kids in the summer, food trucks and free music on summer weekends. Anyone visiting downtown Vancouver should stay at the Pinnacle at the Quay and take the 15-minute seabus ride across to visit downtown. Avoid all the craziness of the city, but so close to the Spirit Trail, Deep Cove (another gem), Ambleside in West Vancouver, the ocean, mountains, hiking, and nature. I have lived in North Vancouver for decades and have since moved away. Having stayed in all 3 hotels at the Quay, I can say that the Pinnacle has everything. Not run down and old like one hotel, and less pricey than the other.

There was dried blood on the curtains. I told them and their solution was to change them out the next morning. I asked for a refund and they required a service member to see the rooms condition prior to offering it.

The make up service at night was inadequate. Bedding is horrible. The duvet had hard clumps that balled into weapons. Patio was great but no chairs to sit on. Super old tV’s not smart tv.
