Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

Even with being on Lonsdale quay. The he quiet comfortable sleep .. bed shower all excellent and enjoyed the restaurant food and service. Totally great for us

This is a nice property in a great location. Unfortunately upon checkin while I was up the road at Lionsgate Hospital dealing with an unexpected significant medical issue, requiring a multiday stay in hospital.My wife had to deal with a front desk agent and then manager, neither who showed one ounce of empathy for her situation. During checkin there were questions about either a waiving of the parking fees or some sort of compensation package that was offered on many rate packages. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as well as other family members make this a home base when they come. There was nothing offered by the desk agent and finally the manager offered free parking. This is not about a perk, but rather the attitude of the front desk team throughout this checkin. My wife was clearly stressed due to the situation and yet did not feel any understanding from the front desk team. This is a nice property, fantastic gym and pool setup. Waterfront rooms are amazing with unreal views across the harbour. The cleaning staff are friendly and do an amazing job. This will not be everyones experience but it was ours. We have stayed at multiple properties throughout Canada, North America and Europe so not our first rodeo and we are definately not those who expect 8 star service. This was a moment in time where they could have cemented us for life, instead we will not return to this property as their are many options within 3 km of here.

Great location

Bed was very saggy and uneven

Great location.

The hotel's loation was perfect for a family getaway, close to great resturants, shops, and a short walk to the seabus. The rooms were spacious and very comfy. The pool and sauna were nice to use on a cold day.

The use of the breafast coupons were a little confusing. What I was told when checking in and what I was told by the resturant staff when I wanted to use them in the morning differed which led confusion for my family.

Love the Pinnacle! So close to the Lonsdale Quay! Rooms are quiet and neat and tidy. Love the ambience of the restaurant for meeting your special person❤️

Wow! Parking very expensive for north shore

Stayed in their hotel over the valentine Day weekend. Called the day I checked out about an item that I left behind. I was informed that the item was located by the maid service and that it would be on hold. Went to retrieve my item. And now it is magically gone. I hate to say that it was taken by the staff. But don’t tell your costumer who called literally an hour after checking out and telling them that they located your item that now when you go to pick it up, it is magically gone. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this hotel. Do better.
