"Smell in room and loud traffic noise"

My room had a strange and annoying smell, almost like spoiled milk. Traffic noise, especially large industrial trucks, kept waking me up through the night. All in all not a good stay. I've stayed here several times in the past, but will find another option next time.

"Fantastic hotel in the North Vancouver area"

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was centrally located to a lot of the items on our weekend wishlist. Great restaurants within walking distance. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is 10 minutes away. Grouse Mountain was approx 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Op booking staat dat ontbijt inbegrepen, maar je krijgt een voucher voor het restaurant dus houd daar rekening mee

"Lovely stay but we knew better than to have the wines in the suite. That is not up to what we see as your standard."

Lovely clean facility and great helpful staff. We could not have asked for this to be better except for the House Wine!! That is definitely not up to the standards we see elsewhere in your hotel.

"Would stay again"

Pretty much everything and the lady on reception Poon was amazing

Had to move rooms for 2nd night as room class wasn’t available when extending my stay, had to check out and check back in again then wait for room to be ready. Not ideal but one of those admin things.
