The lagoona resort is very nice hotel to stay. The staff was really friendly. Food was great with good quantity. Room was clean and hygienic . Location was also good and the views from the rooms are awasome .

Service and housekeeping is very good Like the service of Harshal. Also liked the food and Patio service. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Attendant Gaurd was also available.

Mr Harshal has been good at his job and did the cleaning very nicely. Overall experience at the hotel is very good. The maintenance and house keeping very well done.

Food was good. Serving.staff especially Chandni and Sakshi are excellent….,room interiors are old and need to change….. heigen is average, bathroom curtain are uncleared, toilet seat was very old , water flow in wash room was very slow, extra bed was very much uncomfortable…. View from room, lake and Mountain View was really nice … Wi-Fi was having serious problem to connect……overall experience was average
