Suman Das, Vaishnavi and Nitin looked after our group's catering needs very well. Happy with the service in the restaurant at lunch and dinner. The food fare was good but the food was rather cold and the heaters not functioning. Please ensure that food is kept hot, especially in the rainy season.

"Family vacation Lonavala"

Nice resort for family stay with great food and service. Their day activities are really great like shooting archery magic show live singing. Staff was very warm and friendly. Wifi situation needs improvement. But overall amazing and relaxing stay. Rooms are very spacious with great views from attached balcony. Amongst the staff Suman Das and Roopali were very helpful

Suman, nice service, thanks Lagoona, food was nice Pastry decoration was very nice, good , archery gun shooting all .. Room is nice but needs , more attention in door knobs n all, not working properly

Nice resort with good hospitality, ambience, food and ample parking space. Rooms were quite big and nicely maintained. Resort is very close to city centre and tungarli lake/dam with nice view of hills from rooms. Suman and Krutika were very welcoming and made our dinning easy. Overall it was a wonderful stay and memorable experience.

The staff was very helpful, we went to lonavala for the first time and there was a girl in the reception urmila she was so sweet she helped us a lot to select place for sight seen. The hotel is also nice with some activities the view and rooms were also nice u would highly suggest this resort to everyone Thank u lagoona for making my stay amazing
