Excellent stay! Great Food Spread by Chef Rajesh, Resort Ambience is Beautiful. Warm Hospitality by Welcome staff one of them Urmila. Patio staff were very good, Saurav, Mamuli, n Suman especially. Housekeeping by Chandani Gupta n Ashutosh great job! Keep it up Lagoona Resort, this is my 4th trip here, planning another one with Family!

Room was not at all good. Everything had a problem.. freeze,TV,cleanliness, AC, sofa cum bed.. later after shouting and complaining they were given more attention.. Not at all acceptable after paying such a huge amount for one day

Lagoona resort lonavala - Nestled amidst the lush, rolling hills of Lonavala, The Lagoona Resort truly lives up to its reputation as an amazing escape, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for an relaxed staycation. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of serene hospitality that made our day. Our room, with its private balcony, offered breathtaking views of this serene landscape, providing a picturesque backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The rooms themselves are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for – from comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning and a hot beverage station, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, a detail we always appreciate, especially when looking for a peaceful retreat. Dining at Lagoona resort was amazing at Cinnamon they had Sunday brunch where the spread was mix of veg and non veg options one can choose from, vast spread of Salads, ofcourse desserts were amazing too. We left feeling completely refreshed and ofcourse the amazing weather was cherry on the top.
