Yes it is a really wonderful and peaceful place one to stay and there are good amenities and facilities for children as well as for adult and food is also tasty more over the staff is polite ....So will plan next time also

Toodlers friendly ,food and staff excellent.activities management by staff mainly Mr parwez, Ms Urmila is excellent and other staff members are also very hardworking and welcoming.

We stayed at the resort in the second week of October 2025. The soft furnishing including sofa, drapery, curtains, balcony cane furniture had a lot of dust accumulated thereon. The closet light was ON and it interfered with the guest's night sleep. The two hours charges for Meeting Room including renting of sound system viz. cordless Mics, projector, presentation screen was a rip-off.

Resort was very awesome with good facilities. Chandani Gautami's housekeeping was the best. Room was clean .and well-maintained with modern amenities Food was very tasty and various items were in breakfast.

Room cleaning is good. Food is good.service is very good.security is good. Our service was given by chandani Gautam and supervisor reshma, they were quite good and friendly.

It was a wonderful experience, Chandni Gautam and Ashutosh from housekeeping dept . was great in their job , helped a lot and made my stay better .

We stayed at The Lagoona Resort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The resort’s location is truly majestic — surrounded by greenery, a serene enclosed lake, and a calm atmosphere. The property is beautifully maintained, with a large swimming pool, a lush lawn area, and a fun play zone for kids. The staff were polite, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of minor disappointments. I had requested a birthday cake to be delivered to our room, but it was missed due to a miscommunication. This was unexpected and a little disappointing, especially considering there were only about 10–15 guests in the entire resort — it’s the kind of detail that should not be overlooked when the occupancy is so low. Additionally, I had requested a specific room in advance, but that wasn’t honoured, even though the resort was nearly empty (we stayed from Sunday to Monday). On the positive side, the dinner was excellent — delicious food and great quality. The breakfast spread was good, but the taste could have been better; I’ve definitely had more flavorful breakfasts elsewhere. Once I mentioned the missed birthday cake the next morning, Ms. Urmila from Customer Relations immediately took action and arranged a lovely celebration for my daughter, which made the day special. Despite the small misses, we had a great stay. The property, service, and overall experience were wonderful. With a little more attention to guest requests and consistency in food quality, The Lagoona Resort can easily offer a perfect 5-star experience.

This is Amazing Place And Restaurants service is awesome ( Rannan is amazing and helpful person ) Rooms are also very neat and clean
