"Not a pleasant experience at Laguna Resort, Lonavala"

We recently stayed at Laguna Resort, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. As a couple, we were first given a twin bed room – which really doesn’t make sense for a couple’s stay. When we asked to change the room, it took them quite a long time to do so. The new room wasn’t much better. The washroom flush wasn’t working, and it took them around an hour to repair it. Later in the evening, we noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, which was really unhygienic. To make it worse, when we called reception asking for a heater, they said they didn’t have one available. And the most disappointing part – this is what we got after paying ₹10,000! The location is good, but location alone doesn’t make up for poor service. The management really needs to improve their maintenance and hospitality standards.
