"Amazing Stay @ Lagoona Resort Lonavala"

Amazing resort and stay experience at Lagoona Resort, Having a sp Diwali Package and so much activities for kids like big swimming pool,DJ,rifle shooting, Tatto Artist ,Magic show etc made our evening wonderful. Special Thanks to Urmila, mehul & Shravan for assistance and helping us enjoy our stay to the fullest. View from Rooms are amazing must visit during winter or Monsoon season.

"Pathetic services and not worth the money"

Worst services and too lazy staff I stayed on room 324 where bathroom door handle was stuck and they didn't repair it giving excuses. Overall not worth the money and definitely not worthy of 4 star hotel even 3 star hotels are much better than this one and specially lady staff was pathetic they used to hung up the call even during the time of discussion
