Excellent all inclusive. Food was amazing, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, grounds and hotel were beautiful and the entire experience felt like a boutique hotel even though the resort is quite large. Highly recommend and plan to come back.

The property is great and the staff is good but the only thing is that they staff makes you feel pressured into everything they do you must tip them and if you do tip them if they feel is not enough then the service starts to change and it’s not the same as when you arrive at the property. Also towards the end of the stay the ambassador accompanied other guest but since they didn’t feel we tip them right no one came to use and walked us towards the ferry.
