The absolute most Horrible experience. At any Hotel!!!! Walked in and there was a horrible stench!!! The coffee pot was molded and I returned to front desk! Sheets didn’t look clean. The inside of the cabinet was molded, new roll of toiet paper was molded. The toilet had a bug in it!! Under the bed was full of dust and trash! I only wished I took more pictures!!!! They switched out our room and it was a little better but by far DID NOT meet my expectations! If it weren’t so late and my husband was hurting we would have moved hotels. All the hotels around were booked so we are stuck here another night 🤮🤮

The cleanliness of the rooms should have been a while lot better. The kitchen area had built up dust. The bathroom had mold on the walls as well as by the ac unit. Mold along the wall by the bed. The beds were not comfortable.

Went to one room and didn’t even unload the bags when my son said dad the toilet nasty , they said let me go check another room, they put us there and exact same thing plus more, poop in the toilet, pee around the toilet, phone wasn’t connected so I couldn’t call when, microwave was broke, recliner handle was broke , water leaked out the shower , sink disposal didn’t have a guard just straight to the blades, it was just a mess.
