DUNE Fairfield Beach

Very cute place, updated rooms, nicely decorated. However, it’s pricey $$$, I don’t think it’s worth $350.00 per night. There’s no amenities for that cost. You’ve a college bar next door and a small convenient store across the street. They should offer guest, wine or drinks maybe a sitting area outside.

We called with a last-minute reservation, and they were very accommodating with our requests! Stayed here many years ago as the Inn and this is a major upgrade. Room and amenities are beautiful, including the outdoor shower to wash off sand from the beach! We stayed on a Saturday night in a room adjacent to the Seagrape next door and with a sound machine and the AC unit on, the noise didn't bother us at all.

My first visit to DUNE - the dedicated “Crew” are fantastic; it is obvious that they take pride in this hotel property. It was especially pleasant to meet Kalman and Vera who are highly professional and gracious. Kalman has been with this hotel property for many years and was helpful regarding navigating the area. The deluxe studio was restful and well appointed with quality items - the space is simply stylish and clean!

Late night noise from bar next door - until 2am on Saturday and on Tuesday ! Absence of anyone at reception.

It was a fantastic stay! The instructions were very clear. They great us with a kind welcome note. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked down to the beach and enjoyed a nice dinner right next door.

We would stay here again. The only thing that would have been nice would be to meet some of the staff.
