Near beach, clean

Next to a very loud college/beach bar. Loud music late into night and people fighting. Would not stay here again especially on the weekend!

Liked the room and how new it was.

I did not like that we were on the 1st floor right by the road. On Friday, there were so many people outside because of the bar and the bar was loud till 1am-2am. The amount of people outside was a little scary since the police also came.

Because bright immaculate. Very comfortable. Bicycles were a little big for me so I couldn’t ride but other than that it was perfect.

The students were quite loud but that’s to be expected in a college town by the beach.

Rooms were very very clean. Very well stocked with necessities so we didn't even need to go to the main office to restock during our stay.

Just a few dents on the walls but that's not really a problem for us.

We have been staying at this hotel for years now with my husband and two young kids. However, this was our first stay after the renovation. They did a great job updating it, renovating, and upgrading. We have always staied at either room #34 or #35. This time, we stayed in #35 at the new Dune Fairfield. The rooms are very spacious and bright. The rooms and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The bed linens are of great quality. Plenty of towels and beach towels were prvided. Free bikes and beach buggies, along with beach chairs and umbrellas, are available for all the guests. There is free access to Lantern Point Beach, which is located literally across the street. Restaurants are close by. The staff has been there for years, and we were very happy to see familiar faces even after the renovation.

They changed all the furniture, so the coaches are not as cozy and comfortable anymore.

Beautiful location

We were on the ground floor next to a bar--didn't love that. Feel like we could have been warned about that, or received discount.

The room was the perfect size for a couple and very nicely decorated and clean. The location was also very nice, right next to a georgeous private beach and close to restaurants.

Wifi wasn't working great but wasn't a big deal.
