"Almost perfect."

The suite was perfect with one exception. Stylish, pristine, comfortable bed and bath, great staff.

Yet Another hotel using blue light bulbs. They keep us awake. Soft white, lower Kelvin, please.

"Great hotel"

I stayed for my birthday weekend with my husband and two small children. We had a wonderful stay! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and staff is great. It's just a little inconvenient that housekeeping leaves at 5 so after 5 it's over. Overall its a nice hotel and we will be booking again.

"Not service dog friendly"

Hotel staff attempted to demand a certification for my service dog which does not exist in the US and is illegal to ask for. Even after showing guidelines from ADA.gov that clearly stated this, hotel staff continued to demand paperwork. This lack of training and refusal to acknowledge the law creates a real barrier to access for disabled individuals and put me and my service dog at risk. While the hotel is well maintained and overall pleasant, the risk of repeating this experience is not worth it and I will not be returning.

"Scary, and horribly handled violent situations"

Screaming in the hallways, tasing, domestic violence, at 2AM and for hours, Opening the doors when we already answered and told the cleaning lady to not come in and she opened it anyway, lack of privacy, From what it appears they didn’t even call the police, traumatizing for many, Hyatt should immediately investigate how this hotel runs itself

Breakfast, clean, quiet

Given different room than what I booked, Room closet was tiny and part of room storage for ironing board, etc. Sparse toiletries given, No magnifying makeup mirror, No room safe for valuables
