The location is definitely a strong point—very convenient with easy access to shopping and nearby attractions.

Housekeeping and overall cleanliness were disappointing and need improvement. The room didn’t feel as fresh as expected, which affected the comfort of the stay. Breakfast was just average, nothing special, but acceptable for a short stay. The staff were okay—neither particularly helpful nor unfriendly, just average in service. Overall, a decent stay mainly because of the location, but improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping would make a big difference.

"Great hotel!"

Stayed overnight and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean. Don’t skip breakfast! It was one of the better ones I’ve had in recent memory. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with figuring out the free parking situation. Will definitely stay.

"average with issues"

Bathroom door handle broke and my 9 year old son was stuck in the bathroom for about 45 minutes. The caretaker confirmed the bathroom door was stuck and left to get tools, but did not come back, until we called the front desk again and apparently he told them it was resolved, it turned he went back to the wrong room. Once he made it back to our room he fixed the door handle fairly quickly.
