"So far the best hotel around in that area"

It was clean and didn’t smell and the workers was friendly

Just the elevators i didnt get to experience alot but its much much much better then the other hotels i stayed at around that area.

We enjoyed the positive clean atmosphere. Our room was clean and welcoming. We also went down to the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed.

We didn't like that we had to leave...

"Hyatt Place Garden City - Great Visit with Family"

The Garden City location was nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, and refreshing. All staff provided great attention to us and it was a pleasant stay away from home. The pool, the environment and gym was all good for us. A would definitely stay here again. We wanted a break from our busy schedules during Spring Break and the family enjoyed the hotel, eateries nearby, and the location we chose. Nice visit. Debbie- April 2026

"Best hotel to stay in Garden City Long Island"

This is hands down one of the best hotels on Long Island. The staff is truly exceptional. We rented their meeting space for a birthday celebration, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to Hugo from housekeeping, who was incredible. He arrived early to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. The front desk team was equally impressive, so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The continental breakfast was another highlight, absolutely outstanding and a perfect way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family without hesitation. It’s a 10 out of 10 experience. And a big shout-out to Keroll, the sales manager, for helping make it all come together so seamlessly!
