Wonderful locations
The staff was excellent, the rooms large and clean. You have access to the pool and other amenities across the street at the Sofitel. Highly recommend
MXThis was a great choice for us and extended family. Staff were responsive, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable . Since this is a sister hotel to the Sofitel across the street we had access to all the facilities. Both the breakfasts and the pool were fantastic. Access to this lovely pool was much appreciated in the heat and humidity.
Used the hotel for my arrival night in Cartagena. The room was spacious, beautiful and had a great view. However the hygiene could be improved (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars). Staff was cheerful and very friendly. Shared facilities w/ Sofitel were great. Facilities in the room itself also great. Good choice for visiting Cartagena.
COThis hotel is centrally located and on a quiet waterfront street. I booked this hotel because it had a two bed/two bath option. This was in a loft format in one large room. This created a bit of privacy issues but worked well for our group. Juan David was working reception and was friendly, accomodating, and very welcoming. He was grateful to practice his english with us. The use of the Sofitel ammenities are a major highlight. Their breakfast is incredible and the pool was great after a hot day. My one complaint was we had a leak in the roof which created quite a mess but they moved us promptly and offered a gift for our trouble. I would recommend if you can afford simply staying in the Sofitel alone but this is a nice option as well.
